I make many mistakes compared to how the original guitarist wrote the material... that BUGS me a lot. It's best we ALL write ORIGINAL music rather than copy our favorite artists. In these solos you've been watching... I'm COPYING Eddie Van Halen, Randy Rhoads, Yngwie Malmstein! They are famous for WRITING the guitar parts I am copying in these videos. JamesLimborg ::: Favorites  2006-10-18 05:14:15 The equipment I used for this was a Peavey Mark IV head, Peavey 4x12 cabinet, Peavey Model 4000 Digital Effects Processor, Steinberger GL2T guitar (Black). On the whole front of the guitar I put those square mirror pieces I got off of a round DISCO BALL that use to hang in my bedroom... and inbetween the pickups was a taped on photo of me playing up on stage somewhere. I later sold that guitar to my friend, Paul Johnson, and bought a new white Steinberger GL7TA guitar that I still play today. __________________________________________________

JamesLimborg ::: Favorites  2007-02-15 06:26:56 When I learn a guitar solo, I just take a few notes at a time... BABY STEPS. I learn the first few notes... then the next few notes... then I start grouping the notes together. I play the guitar solo OVER AND OVER listening for each note... and then practice playing it exactly how I hear it... every detail. It takes a long time to learn complicated solos... but it's rewarding in the end. Now days I spend my time writing ORIGINAL material... that's what's MOST important for any musician. __________________________________________________

I was going to Anoka Senior High School in 12th grade (1989) the same year I played at this talent show at Brooklyn Center High School. The music teacher let me play this talent show since I did attend this school in 10th grade (1987). __________________________________________________
