Tiff was also on Top Gear until 2001 before partioning away. Conclusion, this is Tiff Needel reviewing the E46 M3 for Top Gear BEFORE 5th Gear was even created. It's the proper enthusiasts version, top gear is more entertainment than about reviewing the cars.
